on shaun squad someone mentioned something about ed being on the phone to noel who works at the same electrical shop as shaun. is this true? it might seem like pointless trivia but hey thats why we're all here surely.
the thing is i've lent my dvd out so i havent got a copy to check what ed says down the phone. when noel is in the sohp as shaun gives his meat pie speech is noel/noodle on the phone to ed?

Yeah, as far as I'm aware the whole thing is that Noel is on the phone to Ed regarding pot, as we've been told that Ed is a bit of a part time dealer. I think it's referenced in the commentaries, but I don't have my copy handy so I couldn't say for sure.

Yeah I was always under the impression that they were speaking to each other.

What's going on round here? No-one seems to be able to hang on to their Shaun DVDs!!
I guess we are just like the Shaun-mormons, trying to spread the good word.

I can just see us all out there cycling around only instead of having a badge which says "Elder: John Smith" we would all have badges which say "Shaun" and we would all have red on our pockets.

Yeah, that's how I remember it. He's calling Ed for pot, but Ed doesn't even have a "Henry" worth.

I was lucky enough to pop into the Shaun Squad chat room one day while Edgar was there and unable to contain myself (as seeing as I don't own a copy of the DVD), I had to ask him about Noel = Noodles. Edgar confirmed.

And if you can't trust the director, who can you trust?

We just got ours back yesterday! Hooray!
It's mainly been visiting with bf's friends not mine. My friends are too straight and mainstream and I fear they wouldn't appreciate Shaun at all

And "E-Ball" = Edgar, apparantly (his nickname). You might know it already, but, worth mentioning it here.... anyway....

OO, yay, I was right then.... because Ed says on his phone "nah mate, I ain't got nothin', and then later on when Noel's on the phone in the shop he says 'Nah, he ain't got nothin'. So i thought I was dead clever for spotting that, and wahey, I was.
