Nice to see the gorgeous Morena Baccarin (Inara) in a couple of episodes of The O.C. recently. This is the only thing I have seen her in besides Serenity/Firefly.

I have a question... As I have now watched the series, but saw the movie first, I have a quick question regarding the open 6 minutes of the movie... was that supposed to be PRE-TV Episode "Serenity" or was River supposed to have been recaptured? I don't know without having rewatched the movie...

That was pre-first episode. River wasn't recaptured, they just wanted to show how Simon broke her out.

But he's still alive! Didn't you see him ice-skating this evening?

Hooray! My R2 Serenity DVD has just shipped. I know what I'm doing this weekend.

I was a bit disappointed on Monday, a DVD mag said it was due out on the 20th, so I ran to the shops (well, drove, I was at home and they don't have any DVD shops in the village) only to find out I was a week out. Oh, 4 more agonising days...

I did the same thing. Amazon and Play had the wrong date.

The "A Filmmaker's Journey" extra is on R2 as well as R4, right? I just watched it last night - great stuff.
