Really this should have stayed as a Who do us men think is the most attractive female, (entirley based on physical appearnces) to appear with Simon Pegg, but no all the women had to vote based on Jess' character in Spaced and I don't think thats what this poll was supposed to be about.

No its fine I know that's a part of it. But men and women often have different views on attractiveness, and the term "fittest" was used, which is a very british male way of describing attractiveness of women so I thought it mostly would be that.

I see your point about the term "fittest". It's about the most British term in the history of the world. Amusingly so actually.
And yeah maybe females let personality influence their views a lot - maybe we aren't so good at judging someone solely on looks. But I think sometimes we are good at it too.

Maybe we should start two new polls and put one in the "Boys Talk" section and one in the "Girls Talk" section and start the whole thing from scratch?

Yeah, I mean, 'fit' has taken on a whole different literal meaning (like 'cool' or 'wicked', but 'cool' is actually okay to use). I've noticed that, at my school, a lot of the 'hard kids' are using the word fit and it kinda pisses me off because I dont like them
