Gentlemen, start your washing!

...and one of my favourite films. Ever.

Return of the King will always beat Jedi in my mind! There's still something about Jedi that bugs me. I can't say what exactly...

Have to agree - I love Jedi, but for me King will always be a better final instalment of a trilogy.

I don't think it's shite... but there are some pretty dubious moments... I cringe every time I see Luke against the Rankor... horrendous bluescreen special effects there!

However, it does have my two favourite moments in the SW universe...

Vader: Sister.........

And when you see Vader turn back from the Dark Side... the looking back and forth between the Emperor and Luke and then the BAM!

Yoda dying... not because I dislike him - the exact opposite. I felt that Empire and Return were superior for his inclusion but when he dies... always a little *tear*. tongue.gif

Absolutely... Yoda is so much more real as a muppet than as a CGI character! Far more sympathetic!

Although, I must confess that I am excited about the Yoda/Sideous Lightsabre fighter!

Yeah but as a prequel there is a pretty established conclusion to the fight isnt there.

One thing ROTJ has in its favour is the greatest space battle of all time!

Again, I voted for Return of the King..

..did anyone else think that Vader looked like a soft boiled egg when Luke takes his helmet off? I can remember when I first saw that and being sooo disapointed sad.gif ..

I must admit that I wanted more...

Jedi's the most insulting installment, because Vader's beautiful, black visage is sullied when he pulls off his mask to reveal a feeble, crusty white man! They're trying to tell us that deep inside, we all want to be white!

The good outweighs the bad in Jedi. Speeder Bikes, Rancor, Sarlacc, second Death Star, Skywalker on Vader. Mint.
Raven
Return of the King, it's by far the better film.
Ade
Return Of The King.

It's a serial goosebump-fest for me, and while Jedi has its fair share of
those moments, ROTK just tugs my emotions in all directions. No contest.
