It feels, pardon me for being cynical, like a desperate appeal to the "yoof" market. That in these post GTA times even a mighty pillar of gaming genius like Sega has been reduced to the level of "Guns sell games, let's give him a gun".

It reminds me slightly of PoP:WW, how it had been overhauled for the "GTA generation" and in my oppinion that ruined it, with too much fighting and not enough acrobatic feats.
