Dug this one out of the ole DVD collection the other day, I forgot how much I enjoyed this movie. The whole Sex Pistols scene was great...everything from how they broke it down throughout the people in the room, to working in actual live footage. Anyways, I could write more about it but I do not want to bore everyone, just seeing what others thought of this movie (hell, some of you might have been around in the UK during the time period). Oh, and of course it has a role starring Mr. Pegg...

Brilliant flick. I was living in Brighton when I saw it and it made me very homesick. The aerial shot of Manchester at the end had me welling up. But I'm back now and I fucking hate it again.

Good film and an excellent dvd - the commentary with Hooky & co is ace, and has anyone counted the number of times Wilson said 'that didn't happen' in his commentary?

Probably one of the greatest British films of recent years (with Shaun & Dog Soldiers). The God/Wilson conversation is a classic...bet Tony Wilson didn't claim "that didn't happen"!

It's the little things that make the film great, like Fiona Allen playing herself on the Hac cloakroom.

I picked this DVD (the 2-disker) up from London, when I was down for the Spaced meet. Love it.
