Wow, that's a great question. Tough one, though. What does one gage his response on?
Physical prowess, keen detection skills, the ability to banter well with super villains?
I'd like Noel and Julian as team captains and some combination of Armando Iannucci, Daniel Kitson, Harry Hill, Richard Ayoade, little Rhys Thomas and David Mitchell as the teams (yes I know that's too many). Linda Smith, David Walliams and Stewart Lee could have guest spots too.
Oooh probably should have some non comedians in there as well, do you think Adam Brody would do a UK panel show? No? Well I always like to hear what Germaine Greer has to say and John Prescott is always good for a laugh. Mark Kermode has a soothing voice and Tom Tortoise, I mean, Paulin always has something interesting to disagree with. Wait a minute? That's just Newsnight Review isn't it?
I'd quite like to see Boris Johnson get some more quiz mastering work so I'll pick him.
This is why I don't get to make these decisions...

Against my better judgement I'm gonna pop Eddie Izzard onto my team instead of Danny Baker. Danny Baker is freakishly intelligent when it comes to pop culture as proven on the red nose day university challenge but Izzard is just funnier - and the kid knows some stuff too.

I chose Izzard, Johnson and Merton for one of my teams as the potential for going off into absurdist and surreal tangents would be huge....not necessarily deliberate on Boris Johnsons part.
I'd also like to find room for Will Self, maybe in a George Dawes type role
