I recommend the album "They Spent Their Wild Youthful Days In The Glittering World Of The Salons", which is a shit name for an album, but it's really good. I had it when it came out, and at one point it was my favourite album ever.

sigur ros: I checked out the tracks "staralfur" and "leit af lifi", really like it. -better and different to how I thougt it would sound, for some reason I imagined they were Radiohead clones, not sure why...black keys Im more familiar with, like their sound a lot too (deep analysis I know ). cheers for the mp3 finds.

That's a shame, Adam. I saw them last year and they put on a really good show. It was very visual (lots of screens and lights), but I agree about the band not doing much on stage. I don't really expect Sigur Ros to jump around much though. Perhaps the venue affected my judgment- it was at this really beautiful old theatre in Louisville.
