Good interview. Aside from the inevitable Third Series Question, it was nice to see Simon being asked questions he normally wouldn't be asked, and talk about something other than his writing process, or researching Hot Fuzz etc etc.

YouTube's working fine for me, but the sound on my computer has suddenly cacked itself today!!! Now I have to wait until my IT-savvy friend comes around on Friday night & has a look at it. Stupid computer errors!

I liked the geeky gadgets interview. It was a bit different from the standard questions we keep hearing over and over.

Was also interested to find that Simon has the same two computers as me & bf!!
Simon has way more cool consoles though! (we only have a PS2 and an old Xbox)

Count me in that category too. Although I do prefer Mac, I have both and will happily use either.

See? Only the coolest.

I tend to prefer Macs if given the choice, however their price tags have presented problems in the past. I bought my PC tower because I needed a reliable machine with a DVD burner right quick, and it was a real bargain.

Personally, I've found Mac's to be less user-friendly, but that's probably because I've been using PC's at work for over 10 years & I'm used to them. I do love iTunes & iPods, though.

Yeah we were strictly a PC household until they brought out the dual processor on the MAC which lured my bf over to "the dark side" hehehehe.

It took me a litle while to get used to the MAC after being a PC gal for so long but now I really like it!

I was looking at the old Shaun Squad photos today.
I was looking at the one of Simon & Edgar when they were interviewed by Adam Spencer and Wil Anderson on Triple J in Sydney.

Then I thought, hey that's really cool because I've met Wil Anderson and he's met Simon and Edgar.

Then something in the last little functioning piece of my brain said "YOU'VE MET THEM YOURSELF YOU FRIGGIN IDIOT!!"

Yeah I'm so sleepy.

Blame Dolfyn. I was up chatting to her until the wee hours of the morning.
But then I woke up early too. Can't seem to sleep in any more.

Tried to have a nap on the couch this arvo but the noisy teenagers next door prevented that.
Which was a shame because I'd been listening to my new Hot Fuzz soundtrack and the last track has a really sweet, slow, quiet bit in it which was very soothing and made me want to sleep.

Anyway - I will go to bed early tonight.
I've been saying that since before the Q & A and it hasn't really happened yet.
But tonight I REALLY WILL!

TUT TUT TUT. (because being lectured by a teenager is always fun.)

Last night I was home alone, and I totally forgot to go to bed. Usually my mum or dad checks in on me before 12.
It was about 2 in the morning when I was like, "Hey! What's the time? .. Oh."
I always feel slightly sad staying up later while on the computer.

I wonder if the Hot Fuzz soundtrack is available in NZ too. I'll have to look out for that. There was some real good music in that film.

Do you have JB Hi-Fi there? That's where I got it. I would think since it's out here it's probably out there too.


I actually posted a comment on Edgar's MySpace page about whether the Soundtrack was being released here.

Then I got a lovely message from a girl who had seen my comment on Edgar's page. She was actually at the Q & A in Melbourne and remembered us. Also, she works for JB Hi-Fi and so she was able to tell me that the soundtrack was definately in.
I thought that was so sweet of her!
