I'm looking forward to a 4 disc UK version. Hopefully with a David Arnold commentary. If there is a film that needs a soundtrack commentary it's this one. Oh and a Forum Members Commentary

They are rewarding the Americans for having to suffer & put out money for the original R1 one disk earlier this year AND having to set foot into Walmart to get some of the extras that the R2 version had. They made a mistake & this is them saying they are sorry.

I also think it's an excuse/opportunity for Edgar to add more interesting stuff since all the other releases.

Not all of them. We still don't have any Spaced boxsets, as far as I know. And, with the dollar currently sucking more and more each day, it costs a heck of a lot to import one from over there.

*sigh* As usual, I have to wait a little while to be in a good financial postion to afford the latest Hot Fuzz disc-y goodness. Early in the new year, is my guess (unless I manage to get a new credit card!). It's worth the wait, though! And at least I'll be able to order Big Nothing along with it, & possibly even Run Fat Boy Run if it's available by then!

If this film is missing anything -- besides the Stath -- that would otherwise guarantee its perfection, it's a Bill Murray cameo.

Does anyone know anything about another UK DVD release? I was just having a quick look at what's on Amazon UK's future DVD releases and they've got a Hot Fuzz DVD release due for release on 17th December. No picture of it though.

Play.com have got it listed as a single disk release.

Amazon have it listed as a single disc release too. No artwork or further details shown on Play.com either.

That'll explain why - somewhat illogically - I've just bought the 2-disc version from Amazon for less than a fiver.

I just got my Hot Fuzz 3-disk set today! Woo hoo! I only ordered it 2 weeks ago! My Big Nothing DVD also happened to arrive from the UK today, too. I'm off to watch the Simon-y goodness....
