My favourite bit is actually in the commentary at the beginning of Episode 7, Series 2, when Daisy and Tim are in the cupboard, and Daisy says, "Excuse me, how old are you?" to the young couple. In the commentary, Simon Pegg starts saying "Excuse mehhh" in a funny voice and Jessica Stevenson is laughing her arse off. That always makes me chuckle.
And the Tekken scene. (It IS Tekken 3!!!)
Oh, and at the end of Episode 2, Series 2:

Tim: I got me job back.
Tim/Mike: Ayyy!!!!!!
Mike: I got me own room.

The 22:00/10:00 gag works great for me, as I know a LOT of people who are the reverse. Totally clueless on 24 hour time.

My favourite delivery of any line over the entire 14 episodes is the way Mark Heap says "No" when Tim asks if he's gay.

And having been screwed over by a few women in my life, I can never get enough of "It made me want to drown things."

God I feel like such a sad bastard for posting all this crap, but the fact is NOBODY I've shown Spaced too has really liked it. My wife HATED the first series, but actually watched the final 3 of series 2 when I had them on and quite enjoyed them. I've tried to convert other Canadians (I'm a Brit in Canada) and have thusfar failed. (Did get one onto Shaun of the Dead though, so that's something.)

Mike running round the tree off his head on Speed does it for me everytime.

Also the bit where Mike and Tim are smashing up the car with sticks and then it cuts to Sophie and Tim doing the same.
